Eric “Hende” Henderson, CEO

Hende is known for his walk-the-talk product knowledge, unwavering positive attitude and the enthusiasm that he brings to everything he does. He has been on ski-mountaineering expeditions to Alaska, Everest, China’s Altai Mountains and has skied many notable lines in the Tetons. Hende has over twenty years of outdoor experience from the field to the boardroom. As an internationally-known outdoor marketer and communications leader, Hende is noted for insightful strategies, innovative execution and building community across multiple channels and touch-points. Proven in fostering client, media and vendor relationships.

When he’s not skiing, you can find Hende running on mountain trails around his Boulder house, puttering in the garden with his wife, or playing with his three kids.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Megan Henderson, Accounting Director

Megan is bookkeeper for Meteorite PR and mom to Eric’s 3 children.  A former CSA farmer and presently a permaculture gardening enthusiast, Megan is also a freelance writer living in Boulder, Colorado. When she is not driving her kids around town in her beloved electric Leaf, she studies Neelakantha meditation, and practices any one of her favorite outside activities: skate skiing, biking, swimming, running, backcountry skiing or hiking.
   
   

Susie von Mettenheim, Account Coordinator

Susie joins Meteorite as an experience industry veteran. She ran her own independent sales rep agency within the outdoor industry for 17 years, before joining the iconic outdoor brand Patagonia in their Boulder-based retail store for eight years. She also recently served as sales manager for SNEWS and The Voice with Boulder-based Active Interest Media. She lives in Nederland, CO on West Magnolia with her husband, Paul and two kids in college. She enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and trail running.
